kits, as with all TrueFog products, consist of all industrial quality
component parts and all parts are rated at or above the operating
pressure advertised. All fittings are made up with solid industrial
high-pressure rated hydraulic connections, we do not use un-safe,
low-pressure Slip-Lock type fittings on any TrueFog system.

SERIES 450-S - STAINLESS STEEL CLEANABLE NOZZLE

STAINLESS STEEL The worlds first fully repairable and cleanable fog nozzle. This HIGH QUALITY ALL STAINLESS STEEL Industrial duty nozzle with anti-drip. For continuous 10 year duty. Also used as a quality replacement in most quality brands of fog systems using the 1/8 inch platform. The 450-SS Produces superfine 10 micron water droplets with a .008 nozzle orifice. 10 micron droplets are 1/10 - the diameter of a human hair. The Unique design allows for the removal of the internal piston for cleaning. This is the only nozzle made in the world with this feature allow for the cleaning of the entire nozzle, saving money while doubling the operational life over that of the original design. The standard check valve on each nozzle prevents the nozzle from dripping after shut down and reduces calcium build-up, also reducing maintenance costs and downtime.
