QUALITY:
We believe that there is no substitute for quality or safety when it comes to high-pressure hydraulic machinery. Our component parts including our nozzles, valve and connectors are made to United States Military specifications. In 20 years, we have sold and installed more fogging and misting systems than any other company in the world. With thousands of systems and millions of nozzles sold and put into service around the world.

PAYMENTS AND ACCEPTANCE:
List pricing is structured to be competitive small volume net, and may be considerably lower than the manufacturer's suggested list prices. We reserve the right to adjust pricing without notice. Payment with order.  We do accept credit card payments via PayPal for orders of less than $1000.00

We do not allow open accounts or CODS. All orders are delivered after receipt of funds in cash, check, or (TT) electronic funds transfer. Banking information for (TT) electronic funds transfer is listed below.

To determine the amount necessary to pay TrueFog, USA, simply determine the products and quantity you wish to purchase and e-mail or fax (909) 584-4370 a simple purchase order to us. Be sure your purchase order includes your name, shipping address, phone number and fax number. TrueFog, USA will reply to your e-mail or fax with an invoice for the proper amount including shipping charges should any apply.  

DELIVERY:
Allow 2-7 days for delivery (U.S.), 8-12 days for international deliveries of component parts and allow up to 15 days for complete systems after receipt of funds. The customer pays all shipping charges.  To expedite your shipment and to keep your shipping costs to a minimum, we recommend the customer provide TrueFog, USA with you FedEx or UPS account number so that shipments can be sent freight collect and billed to your account. You can open an account with either companies on-line at http://www.ups.com or http://www.fedex.com/    

SAMPLES AND PRINTED LITERATURE:

All PRINTED LITERATURE IS AVAILABLE FREE OF CHARGE, PRINTED FROM THE WORLD WIDE WEB AT www.truefog.com. Printed Literature is not available any other way.  We do not provide FREE samples of our products. Minimum purchases apply to some products. ENGINEERING AND DESIGN:
TrueFog USA offers engineering, design and production services to all customers including OEM's, Distributors, Dealers and end users. We require only basic information about your particular project to provide a detailed quotation and design concept. WARRANTEE AND QUALITY ASSURANCE:
All complete systems and component parts are warranted for a period of 90 days. (Ask for written warrantee statement)
